the random one... and programmer

As far back as I can remember I've always wanted to be a programmer (okay so when I was a kid I wanted to write games). I still play games when I get the time, mostly strategy (Mark of Chaos, Dawn of War), MMORPGs (Age of Reckoning, World of Warcraft) and first person shooters (Halflife 2)

I love films and go to the cinema at least once a week, my favourites genres are action/adventure, animations and comedies.

I read fantasy and sci-fi novels (think Terry Pratchett, Dan Abnett, Kim Newman etc) which I find a huge source of inspiration, my favourite quote from a book is "Thirsts exist to be slaked, lusts to be satiated, desires to be fulfilled". Artists I like include Luis Royo, John Blanche and Salvador Dali.

I really enjoy fencing and am good with a Foil (my preferred weapon) and getting better with an Épée.
